In order to implement this policy, the factory is equipped with a modern laboratory in which it performs basic physical and chemical analysis and analysis for mycotoxins for all input raw materials as well as the finished product. All types of animal feed are regularly sent for microbiological analysis to independent laboratories. In this way, all critical points in the production process are unified and under continuous control of skilled and educated professionals.
Through additional quality checks in independent laboratories, we simply want to be confident in what we sell in the market. These checks fully confirm our findings in the vast majority of cases, which is further evidence of our expertise and technical equipment.
The final product can be delivered in powder form or in pellet form. The pelleting process converts the powder concentrate into granules several millimeters in size. Such a form of food is easier for consumption and is better for overall hygiene (due to the high temperature in which it is produced). We carry out quality control at every stage of the production process.

Company Rapić is the first that has harmonized its production with the requirements of Halal standard BAS 1049: 2010. This certification covers products for feeding and fattening chickens.
