All production batches are controlled according to legally prescribed parameters, as well as some other parameters, all of which have the common goal of preserving the health of animals. Controlling is done in our laboratory and our own laboratory and products are checked by the Veterinarian Institute “Slaven” Banja Luka. Acting as one complex and rounded whole, from inputs of raw materials to the final product, we monitor the quality of products according to the highest standards of ISO 9001 and HACCP. We continuously control the origin of each individual component in the finished product, following the principle of traceability.

We are committed to actions that will be recognized in the market as reliable, high quality and while doing business as a desirable partner we prefer to respect the following principles:

1. Fully meet the expected requirements of our customers, comply with all agreements, perform with quality the first and every other time.

2. Ensure safe work and employee satisfaction as well as develop employee awareness that the survival, development and profitability of our factory depend on the individual contribution of all employees.

3. Continually improve and raise the quality and quantity of our products, adhering to technical standards, and the requirements of ISO-9001:2008 and the HACCP quality systems.
We show our customers the willingness to cooperate, recognize and meet their needs and expectations through the quality of our services. As an aid in achieving our goals, we apply the system of management of quality according to the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP system of quality since 2011.

The implementation of the Halal standards we became the first factory of animal feed in BiH which has its production aligned with the requirements of the Halal standard BAS 1049:2010. In order for a product to be Halal compliant, it is necessary to satisfy the monitoring of the product “from the field and farm to the table”. The agency for certification of Halal quality covers the entire chain of production, including primary production, the production of raw materials and finished products, as well as the preparation and serving of the finished feed.
